Meet Leasha Morrison, Leasha has relocated to Australia in 2017, since her debut on the WAKO Australia circuit, we have seen Leasha dominate the region, not loosing a fight since 2017.

So far Leasha accolades in Oceania speak for themselves with Oceania, National and State champion 2 years straight. Former WAKO World Silver and bronze medalist and many time champion of WORLD CUPS in Europe like Italy’s Best fighter and YOKOSO Dutch open. Leasha before leaving the UK was a sponsored member of TEAM TOP TEN UK, one of Europe’s most respected and dominate teams on the Open Circuit. A reward only awarded to the Worlds most elite fighters.

Leasha Morrison ADULT WAKO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2017 Budapest, Hungary

Reigning from Bolton, England and coached by her Father Jay Morrison of Boltan Dragons. Leasha has successfully climbed the ranks as a Junior representing the UK on many occasions successfully gaining titles at official WAKO WORLD JUNIOR AND CADET WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2009 World Silver medalist, 2015 European Bronze and then in Adult getting to the Semi finals and taking a bronze in Hungary at the 2017 Adult World championships in Budapest Hungary. In between championships Leasha has taken WAKO WORLD CUP grand prix titles as the YOKOSO Dutch open Champion 2010, CIMAC world Cup medalists several times over and Irish Open the largest open event in the World successful silver medals in 2013 and 2015,  Leasha has also been very successful on other circuits taking out the ISKA World Championships and ISKA European Championships.

We are very proud to have Leasha working alongside our youth to help develop female kickboxing in Australia, helping successfully assist in the development and contribute to our Double Junior female World champion Holly Saunders and others.

Leasha brings a lot of experience with her and has contributed to the Australian Kickboxing community through seminars and high performance camps. Leasha has also been a active competitor with WAKO AUSTRALIA winning the State championships, National Championships and Oceania Championships 2 years running also maintaining a unbeaten record here.

Leasha future goals is to contribute more to WAKO Australia and one day represent our Nation at the World championships and maybe for the first time see WAKO Australia take a World Medal in Point fighting discipline at the Official WAKO World Championships.
